  • I was on lunch. I just wanted a hot coffee and a toasted bagel. They wasted half my lunch hour. Gave me an untoasted bagel. Very hot coffee with NO lid- they was out of LIDS even though I ordered TO GO. Coffee was horrible. Didn't have time to waste on getting a refund, but won't waste my time or money there again.
