One slice of pizza is approximately $8 and it's not the same pizza served at Dom DeMarco's in Summerlin. This pizza is thin, soggy, and not particularly tasty-- I'd argue that Costco pizza is better quality. It's also insanely expensive because it's located inside a casino.
If you're hungry and absolutely need to eat inside Caesar's Palace without breaking your wallet, Earl of Sandwich next door in this same food court serves up filling sandwiches at approximately $10. Whenever we're at this food court, that's our go-to until we can get real food outside the casino. In short-- pass on Di Fara Pizza and go straight to Dom DeMarco's in Summerlin instead to get the real deal (order the Di Fara there).
