  • A friend gave us a gift for this Spa. I inquired for an appointment check if they have a same day opening using groupon gift voucher the owner responded via yelp and told me to call the office. We were given an appointment with no stress. I have good and high expectation for the Sam Spa experience but I'm not that happy or satisfied. My experience is comprised of a very rough massage although I've requested light to medium pressure. It could be just me but I feel so bruised and beat up :( Very rough masseuse. I've been to many different Spa and massage places but I never felt beat or in this terrible pain. I suppose to feel relax but it was the opposite. My masseuse is also a bit sick she had been clearing her throat so often while doing the my massage session so it wasn't as relaxing or as calming experience for me. She is also having some breathing problems while doing my session she is obviously not feeling very very well and I almost feel bad that she had to work or do the service for me:( I'm not sure they are even allowed to work even if they are sick since we are in the same very close vicinity. But I think the management should just let the masseuse rest if they are bit sick or not feeling well. Another thing is that we even brought two other family members with us to try the service but they themselves wasn't happy and satisfied with their own sessions. So good to try but it's just totally not for us.
