  • Overall, this complex is beautiful. Very peaceful, quiet and clean. Out of all the staff l, Bret, the assistant manager is very nice polite and professional. My Only issue I had with this apartment "besides our AC unit acting funny for 2 months and it finally got fixed properly" were these birds on my balcony. I brought it to managements attention I want to say at least 7-8 times during my short 6 months of living here. They did send a company out to measure and put up a dense of some type surrounding the areas where the pigeons mingle. Assuming due to money they never completed it. I did ask 6 times and never got a clear answer. So if you are the lucky winner to move into 1136 be ready for THE PIGEOOOOOOONS!!!!
