We sat in drive thru for over 15 minutes after ordering to get to the first window to pay for our order and the worker tells us that they are doing cash only because their credit card machine is down. Only the drive thru credit card machine is down. They couldn't take our payment anywhere else and if we wanted to use our debit card we needed to go into the restaurant. I asked for he manager who's name is Francisco. He has no customer service skills what so ever. He just kept saying I'm sorry I can't take any cards just cash. I asked him why can't he run my card upfront and all he said was he couldn't. He is the most clueless manager. How are you suppose to keep customers?? But it's ok I went to In-n-out and got the same amount of food for less money! McDonalds on North 5th your manager sucks he needs more training on customer service!!!
