I went to Allure today to inquire about leasing an apartment here and immediately regretted my decision. As a potential future resident, you would think the staff would be sincere and want your business, but the woman in the leasing office had an attitude from the moment I walked in. After getting through a few questions, I learned there was five floor plans available that I would be interested in and that were currently available to view. However, when I asked to see those five units, I was told I was allowed to view NO MORE THAN TWO units total. If I'm spending over $15,000 for my annual lease, why would I not be allowed to view my options? I have never experienced this issue with any apartment I've lived in so I gladly walked out the door and across the street to LaVie where I'll now be leasing an apartment instead. If this is how a potential future resident is treated when they want your money, I can't even begin to imagine how a current resident is treated once they already have your money.
