  • We researched several Apartments before we chose Altessa. We definitely made the right decision! Natalie is so sweet and if you need anything, she is on it. Very professional but very personable. Michelle is the same, we joke around a lot. We don't know too many others by name but everyone is very friendly. They all work very hard and it shows, the grounds, trees, bushes, grass...all looks fantastic!! Love the gym and the pool. We feel very safe here, it's quiet and all of our neighbors are very friendly. Nice park right across the street. Close to Redrock Casino and downtown Summerlin. We would recommend checking out ALTESSA!
