  • Update- not even 24 hours and a nail chipped!!! This is the worst place ever!! Has to be one of the worst manicures i have ever paid for. Ngan was so rough! When she was using the metal instrument(the one to push the skin and clean the nail not the clippers) it hurt so bad. It took everything in me not to pull my foot away. Then while cleaning my nails she cut me. I have been cut before but no response, no apology, nothing. I went and washed my nails and told her my finger is bleeding. So she proceeds to put the polish on. Then she uses the alcohol to clean after the gel sets and it burns. I pulled my hand and was blowing it off. Still no acknowledgementX the lady next to us asks what happened. I said se cut me and it's burning. Nothing from her they start talking to each other in their language. Also during the manicure my nail tech dropped the polish and polish went everywhere. She starts cleaning it up. None of the other workers offered to help. One was watching tv the other doing her nails and watching her laptop. I offer to help and then we starts doing my nails again leaving the polish. The girl next to ya walked through it twice! Poor service and take pride in your shop! Also help each other out!!
