  • I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Zen Nails. I am visiting family for the holidays, but I will certainly visit Zen Nails again if I need my nails done while in Charlotte. The facilities are lovely, they have a huge selection of nail polish (gel colors too), the prices are reasonable, and the staff members I spoke with were very polite and nice. I also appreciated that my gel manicure is guaranteed for a week (if I have any issues with chipping etc. they will fix it), and that I received a discount as a first time customer.
