  • I went to baskin robins last night to get a brownie sundae and banana royal for me and my husband. I didn't realize the time and hate being those people that go right before closing but we were just craving ice cream. I walked in as they were taking out the trash and was greeted with a smile by an associate named Kyle. He was so nice. I asked if they were still open and he said yes. He took his time and took my orders and made our ice cream with love!!! He was awesome and definitely worth the 5 stars. Great customer service goes a long way!
