  • My exam yesterday was quite a disappointment. I won't be going back even though scheduling was quick and the exam was cheap. The place was overwhelmed with customers, I wasn't even checked in until 10 minutes after my appointment time. The woman who did the first part of my exam was nice, but the optometrist was such a disappointment! After a brief exam he told me I needed glasses (which I suspected) but gave me almost no explanation and told me contacts were not an option. I felt so confused when I left that I called a clinic recommended by a friend and scheduled another exam. What a waste of time!
