The experience begins and ends with the front of the house and neither person at the front desk welcomed me with a smile or wrapped up the transaction with a thank you. No one bothered to tell me about the membership options. I didn't know that I would be seeing two different people for services. The guy who did my blow out did a great job, then he disappeared and I was ushered to the make up area by another girl. No thank you, no have a good night. Just poof, he had started my make up too so I assumed he would be finishing....
Make up artist was very friendly. I did lighten my eye makeup a little bit but mostly because I'm not used to filled in brows.
Not sure if I would rebook here. I didn't really feel welcome or valued as a client by 4 out of 5 people I came in contact with.
I reached out via their website to provide feedback to the owners here and at another location. The actual franchisor answered me, I explained my situation and no response back from her. She just fielded to the other manager who said sorry, next time call. Don't expect answers when you PM on facebook. No one here cares about customer experience, feedback or you. Just your money from the receptionist to the founder of the concept. Boo.
