very bad customer service; ordered the iphone 6 which was available in store; went to the store to pick-up after i got the confirmation email; however, i was told that i was not going to be able to pick it up that day (even though its available in the store and i already paid for it online!); the guy at the door was basically rudely telling people that no matter when they put their order or whatever email they got, they have closed the store for new pick-ups for iphone 6!! even after i called apple customer service and they tried to speak with the manager of the store (Eric), there was no resolution; at the end of the day, after waiting for almost 2 hours, i had to go back home empty-handed, although there was no fault from my end! so much for customer service!!
