Go for the ambiance and the beer. If this place had better food, it would earn that 5th star. don't get me wrong, the food is decent (especially the personal pizzas), but it's nothing special.
What is special, like the other reviewers point out, is the venue. Set in a former church, the owners were wise in leaving the stained glass in place and in turning the alter into the location of a micro-brewery. And the brew is definitely worth it. They have a selection of staples that are all quite tasty and also rotate some seasonals in. I forget the one I tried, but it was delicious...and I'm not even a big beer drinking.
If you're swinging through Pittsburgh, give this place a try. It's pretty special.
