  • Used a groupon for a facial - by far the worst facial/spa experience I've ever had. I waited 25 minutes after my scheduled appt time to be escorted into the spa room. She then gave me the cover up to put on prior to the facial and left the room - for another 10 minutes!!! The cover up was a little wet, leaving me wondering if it was used by the customer prior to my appt. I had a brow and lip wax first. For the lip wax, she not only did the upper lip but underneath the lower lip - that was not only unnecessary in my book but not okay with me as well. The facial itself was rough (even painful at times), hurried, and totally lacked focus. Needless to say - not relaxing at all.
