  • Many people have complained about getting a cracked cheese tart so I was really worried about ordering it coming in. I also had concerns about the line up. I purchased the cheesetart on a Sunday evening with no lineups or cracked tart! I was super eager to try the Japanese famous cheesetart and so I hurried to find a seat in the store. (Love the sofas btw!) After carefully unboxing the tart, I was met with a golden cake glistening with the sweet apricot glaze. Upon my first bite, I immediately fell in love with the creamy filling. The crust itself was really buttery as well, making for a flavorful combination.
