  • First I would like to say I am a fan of Luci's Healthy Marketplace, their other location. I have eaten there regularly for years and have also ordered catering with no issues whatsoever. I don't know what happened here, but I am sad to say it was awful! First of all we made a reservation and arrived a little early. There was only one table taken in the place and the hostess told us since we were early we should wait at the bar. They were open for business and plenty of tables available, why couldn't we be seated? I guess if I didn't make any reservation I could have sat right down? We were going to leave when she said "Ok, I will make an exception this one time". My husband and daughter ordered burgers, one was supposed to be medium and one medium well. They both arrived more as medium rare with a red/pink interior, yet they had a burnt flavor. Very strange. The fries were tasteless and had a hard texture as if they were not cooked enough. I had ribs which were not meaty and very dry. Also, the tomato on my daughters burger was the end of a tomato which should be discarded not put on an expensive burger. We were all so disappointed with our meals and told them. They took one entree off the bill so I am giving two stars for their kindness for that. The greeter/hostess has a bad attitude and the food was horrible so we all said we would not go back.
