  • Beware of AWFUL customer service. I made an appointment in February a week in advance, arrived early for my appointment, and the lady said no they are only doing couples on that day. Ok, She must have forgotten to write me in, I thought??? Second trial, I decided to walk in and make an appointment to be sure I called the right place, she was a little apprehensive, but said 7:30 that day was good, so, I left and returned and she refused me service. She did not give a good reason, she started telling me my Groupon didn't have the price on it, then the expiration date was to close and you need 3 days before it expired or something, she just kept making up stuff and telling me no, then she started talking in here language to the other workers and told me to get my money back from Groupon. My Mom thinks it's a massage place with happy endings and she just wanted to leave before they got raided. I didn't curse at her or anything? I guess they just don't need my money. I say STAY AWAY. To many other places in Vegas who want your business don't waste time with this place.
