| - Got an appointment b/c my charger wasn't working. Was greeted right away, and although the guy I had an appointment with was busy, the "greeter" started getting my info and got the ball rolling.
They replaced my charger at no cost, which was unexpected (and awesome!).
While I was talking to the "Genius", Paul, a strange thing happened... everyone in the store started clapping. For a long time. It turns out that it was the last day for one of the associates. Literally everyone that worked there hugged it out with this guy, and they all clapped forever. It might have been annoying, except that it was so cool to see such camaraderie in a retail store!
Unfortunately, somehow, the duck head charger (aka the slidey thing) got left at the store. When I got home, 30 minutes away, I kinda freaked.
Called the store right as they were closing, and a very chipper dude took my info and set aside the piece for me. About 5 minutes later, the manager called me to see if they could help me out at all. I asked him if he could mail it, and he did!
All in all, so very impressed. Thanks guys!
