  • I came in to get a gel French manicure. Was sat down at a table with a bowl of water to soak my nails in. About 7 minutes later finally someone comes to help me. Barely says a thing or ask what I want. Just starts by cleaning up my nails. She put the base coat on then leaves me to start on another persons nails with no explanation at all! She comes over to get some tools and I ask what's going, she says to give her 2 minutes. Why would you start working on someone else? She comes back and finishes my nails after many fixes. After what turns out to be a sloppy job she rubs cuticle oil quickly on my hands instead on the lotion hand massage that usually follows a manicure. This was not the relaxing experience I am used to. Then after leaving I discovered that one of her eyelashes got into the paint. I will never come back again and am disappointed that I wasted an hour here.
