  • I'd give no stars, an hour wait for scheduled appointment, a dirty waiting area and a completely rude unpleasant staff. As far as Mr. Warren goes, he is an out dated doctor trying to speculate in areas that are clearly not his specialty. Examples : he's not a strabismus surgeon or doctor, nor a skilled ocular surgeon. His opinions are clearly that, opinion. They should not be used for treatment value, he's only an opthamologist. If you are sent to him for an IME, I'd lie and over exaggerate your systems, he clearly is out to make money and not for the patient, which completely is against the oath he took. Being honest is not going to help you if you meet this man. Also be aware of giving out your ID as they will use it for harmful intent. Don't let them copy it. I hope this will help some of you, I wish I had read something like this before I had gone. There is a place for people like him and it's called HELL. karma will get him.
