  • This place was recommended to me by another auto shop. I have a 1988 Toyota Celica that had electrical problems. After contacting them I was told it is usually one to two days for an evaluation and a diagnostics charge. I waited about four days and called. They hadn't touched it yet and it should be by noon tomorrow. I waited another three or four days and called back. They hadn't touched it yet. I had a few things to say but the worse part of it all is how rude and combative the woman on the phone is. After a couple more days I called and they told me the computer was bad but they couldn't find one. They had to have this to even begin. I looked online and found one in about 10 minutes. I called them back and she said she sends a person out to look for one. How ridiculous is that. After her continuing to be rude I told her if I didn't hear something by the next day I was taking it to another shop. Needless to say, I had it towed to another electrical shop who diagnosed it by the following day and it wasn't the computer. It is now running. Stay away from this place. The only good thing is they didn't charge me the diagnostics charge, which tells you they didn't even look at the car to begin with. This shop is awful.
