I for one do not mind the large openness of the Ground Level. However their customer service and overall lack of refined food handling experience is missing from the cafe. I ordered a veggie panini that contained my choice of cheese, tomato, onion, and and dijon mustard. Little did I know that the onion was not cooked in any way, but served raw. It overwhelmed the sandwich, which was not even pressed properly. The baristas had a Mr.Cool approach to everything that I found extremely unprofessional. We're not buddies, just take my order in a polite and professional manner and maybe make a little joke. These guys were jokingly refusing orders, and talking between themselves. To say the least, the service is very lacklustre and uninspired, an unfair comparison to the actual cafe itself.
