| - My boyfriend and I moved here in June. We loved the place immediately. We have had nothing but good experiences so far.
For example, our oven wasn't working properly (not heating to the correct temperature) but it was replaced with no difficulty. We found some a torn spots and some scrapes in the laminant flooring (it's cheap) after we had already turned in our move in checklist with any issues we found. They had us take pictures and send them to them. They had someone come out and fix what they could and told us not to worry about the rest. These are the only issues we have had, and they were dealt with easily, timely, and professionally.
The property is nice and clean. There is a ton of green space and big trees. There are two pools, and multiple large, built in grills. There is a dog park, which is great, since this is a really pet friendly complex (multiple animals, no weight or breed restrictions). Unfortunately there was a problem with the dog park becoming muddy and swampy, but they have remedied that issue. It's really nice to be able to take my dogs out to play without leaving the complex. There are dog waste bag stations all over the complex too.
If you pay extra you can have one wall in each room painted a nice charcoal gray color, which makes it feel much more homey.
The gym is really nice, with lots of free weights, some machines, and multiple treadmills, ellipticals, etc.
The office staff is really nice. Amy showed us the property and processed all of our paperwork. She has been nothing but great!
I have not seen any roaches, as some of the other reviewers have said. I guess it depends on the building.
The location is good and the price is very reasonable for the area. There are smaller, nasty apartments in central phoenix for the same price, or more. We were trying to live in that area, but this is so much better. It's quieter, safer, and everyone seems nice. Other residents actually say hello to each other. It's so different from other places I have lived. This is the first apartment I've had where I would actually want to renew a lease.
