  • We came to eat at Pearl Ocean restaurant this Sunday and was AGAIN very disappointed with the service, the food is great but the service need more training. Last time that I came over and didn't like the service, the next day I called the F & B manager to bring to his attention, instead taking the criticism, he became immediately defensive to the point that I told him to calm down and relax. LoL We where a party of 4 the hostess was very nice, the waiter couldn't take an order, we ordered a soup and several other items, everything came at the same time but not the soup, I asked him about it and he told me that he will check, after 10 minutes, here comes the soup. Btw great soup. They kept forgetting to fill the water glasses and the tea pot. At the end, they forgot the rest of the food.. I'm glad that he remove it from out check. The player club discount is nice in this restaurant and I hope that they get it together soon, the honeymoon is over by now, they have been open for a while. Good luck, great food but lousy service
