  • If I could give no stars I would. The faulty handset locks me out of my car for random testing issues like not sucking hard enough or not blowing strong enough or not jumping up and down while patting my head and rubbing my stomach! It fails frequently and for no reason. When I do as I was told by the techs and upload a photo of let's say toothpaste or whatever non alcoholic beverage I was drinking when it failed and go in for my next appointment I'm told it's still a fail and counts against me. They charge fees for EVERYTHING and are impossible to get help from. I'm paying $20 extra a month for them to report to the courts instead of the MVD and they can provide me no proof this is even happening and the techs have no idea what I'm talking about when I go in there and ask details every single month. They are just out to take advantage of the income opportunity the grand ol state of Arizona has provided for them. Maybe they should be forced to spend half their profits on education. They certainly are gaining enough.
