  • This is probably the best Pho in Surprise. Every time I go here, it's like my taste buds are taking a magical journey to flavor town. Although the Pho is the mayor of flavor town, the Vietnamese curry, banh mi, and broken rice dishes aren't just lowly citizens. If Pho is the mayor of flavor town, the rest definitely are city councilmen. Look, you might be wondering why a kid who grew up in San Jose's Little Saigon would be yelping about this place. It's cause I grew up with this food. I know how it should taste. PT Noodles does it right.
