  • This place is awful. If you have option to choose another facility, try to go there. There are probably worse places, but honestly for the rate they charge, you think this place would be like a Ritz Carlton. They answer the lights with a fair pace, but answer with "promises" to get the nurse or RT and then no one comes for another 20 minutes. There is a genuine culture of not caring overall in the facility. Not impressed.
