  • I did not have a very good experience with this Starbucks. First of all the service was very slow and everyone was just doing whatever they wanted. I ordered from one woman who was making the drinks and then a few minutes the cashier came up and asked what I ordered. I ordered 2 drinks and as I was picking them up the lid was not on all the way. It spilled all over me mostly on my hand which got burned from the hot coffee. The workers didn't even noticed what had happened I asked them for some paper towels or a rag to clean it up. They just looked at me didn't even offer to help. One of the girls handed me a few napkins. It was all over the counter and the floor a few napkins was not doing much. I then asked for a mop or something for the floor they then again just stood there. She then asked what I did...must of not been clear at that point. They did offer to poor me a new coffee. I know they were busy but also didn't offer to help at all I was just concerned with someone else slipping and falling or getting burned like I did. I was going to find a first aid station because my hand and arm were burning so badly although I had to catch my flight so I used cold water to help with the burn. I just hope they can train the staff better and have better customer service.
