  • My husband and I bought glasses for $600.00. After 3 months the screw that held the frame together snapped. Not only did the guy want us to pay for the repair he told us that they ONLY warranty for 30 days. The protection plan does nothing. You still have to pay out of pocket "co-pay". Worst investment. Shoppers beware. Their product is only under warranty for 30 days. Speaks a lot about the quality of their product. Crappy. Terrible customer service also. I can't do anything for you.
