  • I have a fancy Verizon store 2 miles from my home. The people that work there are unprofessional and very limited in their knowledge of their own promotions. Two years ago I happened upon this Go Wireless store and I was blown away by the manager Jose Rodriguez, who not only knew the promotions but, he knew the products he was selling. A year later when it was time for my mom to get a new phone we went back and were again pleasantly surprised by the service and time Jose and his staff offer consistently. Just this week, I was in to check my options for my upgrade and again was offered excellent service from Jose and his team. I highly recommend this Go Wireless location and give them a five star rating. They are good to their customer's, knowledgeable about their products and never hurry you along like you are just a number, such as most of the other store's do
