  • Are negative starts even possible??? It would be -2. I'll start off by saying I don't give a review unless it either amazes me or disgusts me... This is my first review on Yelp and unfortunately it's negative.. This happened last week but has been on my mind since and frustrated me to the point where I am writing this. I have purchased probably over $1000 of dollars from this place in the past and never had an issue until I tried to return 1 item, all within THEIR terms.... This is what happened. I purchased multiple things adding up to a about $50 (small trip) with 3 strainers. Was looking for an exact size. One of he strainers was in a cheap plastic wrap box, with many more scattered on the shelf that fell out of the box due to cheap glue. I asked cashier at check out return policy on kitchen items... Very nice & she stated I have 7 days as long as it is I unused, perfectly fine. Ended up not what I needed returned to store 6 DAYS after purchase, not 7 or over. Explained I wanted a return. The manager sneered at me in disgust and exclaimed... "You opened it!" I replied that there were plenty already open on the shelf and it was already open due to cheap glue. He then says "I only give you store credit!" I explained that I secured with cashier the terms of return and it was clearly unused..... He then inspected it for over a minute (not even a water mark since I never touched it). His response was a mad shaking of the head and saying "now I need to fire her." Honestly he should be fired, she was very nice & professional and the only reason I would come back. So I explained to him she was friendly, that I spend a good amount of money in here and if you're going to act like this over a measly $8 to a customer I'll keep the stupid thing and go to Lee Lee's from now on, even though it is further (which I GLADLY WILL FROM NOW ON).... Only after a threat he refunded my money....... No wonder through the last 3 years they've lost a TON of business. Who would ever of thought it was their terrible customer service. THE MANAGEMENT..... ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND SHOULDN'T BE DEALING WITH PUBLIC. Go back in the miserable hole you came out of where you think everyone is here to rip you off and ignore the people that pad your paycheck. Owners beware... Customer service, in today's American society, is #1 way for a successful businesses. Surprise!!!! Went back to check after the incident, and there are a ton of the EXACT same strainers still priced not it the box. Hmmmm.... Walked out without buying anything & went to Lee Lee's
