  • I was happy with how quick Sound Plumbing was able to get out to help (I was in town for a couple of days trying to take care of a few things at my mother-in-law's house). I give them 5 stars for how quick they were able to come out. However, the guy didn't seem very experienced, plus we had to make 2 trips to Home Depot for him because he didn't have any parts (adapters) with him. The original bill was for 45 minutes longer than he was here for. We got him to take a half hour off of that, but still felt like we got gouged - not just by the 15 minutes, but because everything seemed to take a while as he seemed one he was confused by a number of steps (just had him replace a shower faucet, kitchen faucet, and secure the toilet down from a prior poor installation). The next time we need help at her house, we'll go with someone else.
