  • I can't say enough good things about this place/Taylor. I recently moved to Phoenix from New Hampshire and had been going to the same esthetician for years. I tried one other (horrifying) place before stumbling upon D'Shayn and I'm so grateful that I found this place sooner than later. For whatever reason, some places are extremely painful, but there are a few out there who know what they're doing. It's definitely not pleasant, but it's bearable. The salon is beautiful, the wax room is adorable and well lit, they use individual wax holder rolley things that keep the wax at the correct temperature and prevent double dipping into the pot. Taylor was professional, fun, inviting and an overall cool person to hang out with under otherwise awkward circumstances. She's quick and does a great job. I get a full leg and Brazilian and it took less than an hour total. They offer half off waxing to first time guests, but honestly for the quality of service their original prices are very reasonable. Especially since they package quite a few things together if you're getting more than once service done. Overall great experience - Glad I found my new wax place.
