  • My daughter purchased a groupon for Sir Carpet and our service was completed this weekend. The groupon was for a basic carpet cleaning service and I chose to upgrade to a full carpet restore service. There was no hard sell, just an explanation of the different options available. Our carpet needed more than the basic service. Our tech was Dave and he was great. He helped with moving furniture, repaired a loose carpet on a stair tread and was very friendly and professional. They arrived on time and called to let me know when he was on his way. Dave helped with moving some of the heavier pieces of furniture back and putting them on hard foam blocks so the metal of the furniture lets would not touch the damp carpet. I highly recommend this company and will happily use them again.
