  • I got better service from a teenager at the outlet mall. The owner is rude, dismissive, and arrogant. I all but begged to buy shoes from this store and was shown one pair and then basically ignored. I returned twice and received the same flippant attitude from staff both time being told only this one shoe was what I needed and they didn't have my size. That shoe was never tried on ... no other brands were tried in ... no gait analysis was done. I was willing to pay the inflated prices to be fitted in a great shoe and know what I needed. Never again. I will make it my mission to make certain people do not give this store business. Y'all head to the New Balance store at Downtown Summerlin, the New Balance Outlet at the South Outlets or the Asics Outlet at the North Outlets ... all three of those places were knowledgeable about shoes, running styles, gaits, and more! They went above and beyond to meet customer needs and made the staff at this place look sad. I joined Yelp just to write this review I was so disgusted in this store!
