Strike three with this chase! Wow I am blown away at how terrible their customer service is and the poor management by someone named Michelle. Strike one, called in regards to opening an account and Michelle was rude, short, and asked me that if I do come in please make sure it's not around lunch time. Strike two when I called in regards to cashing in funds again Michelle on the phone who was again rude and made me feel like I couldn't call for help. Strike three when I walk in and go to cash my bonds and they tell me to go sit down and wait because that will take time and they have other customers BEHIND me that they need to help, as if I have all the time to wait... it was truly the last straw and I'm honestly shocked! I have been with Chase for over 15 years and I have NEVER had service like this. Even working at ML and BofA I still stayed with Chase as I loved their service. Overall Michelle I think it would be wise to get a better attitude and give your consumers what they deserve which in my opinion should be kindness and support.
