  • We moved to Paradise Valley from out of state in December 2015. I am embarrassed that it has taken me so long to write this because Poochtown (formerly BARK!) and Ciara are the BEST thing that have happened for us and our doggy in Phoenix . We are busy professional and want our dog to be walked twice a day. We also occasionally have asked her to stay with our dog overnight. As long as you schedule the overnights in advance, she and her team are completely able to fit you in. Ciara is the most reliable person and someone you can trust with beloved family member and your home. She is amazing with dogs- she comes trained in just about every aspect of dogs that you realize you yourself may not be capable of having a dog, but she is the most trained dog walker/pet care giver. Honestly, I have never met anyone that dedicated to this field that she has a passion for. She love animals and that was clear when she walked into our home. She took a step in and our dog was all over her, giving her kisses like they were long lost friends. This was after a pretty large move crossing about 20+ states before we got to PHX! And that is how he acts every time he sees her (I hate to admit that he wasn't like that with his prior dog walker, whom we are certain he loved but not nearly this much!!!). Ciara also bakes animal healthy treats for him and he loves them. She loves what she does, she is dedicated to her career in pets and she is a terrific human being. You will see this the minute you meet her. I read these wonderful reviews on her and called her as a result. So now I feel like I need to share our experiences, because this was the most important person for us to find when we got her. We are so grateful to have Poochtown and Ciara in our lives. I hate to recommend her because maybe she will have less time for us, but she is honestly, truly the best person for your pet in PHX.
