  • Excellent service by Mike Fox! We had to call our home warranty and make a service call due to the water heater malfunction. They contacted Union Plumbing and we were able to get Mike Fox and his awesome service. I did have an issue with the girls at the front desk...they were rude and I actually stooped to there level once and got into an argument. Oops. No problems other than that one customer service issue...I overlooked it and moved on. Union did have to special order our fast capacity water heater replacement (just like the original one) but it only took a few days and then Mike got it installed!
