I've been a Lexus customer for the past 6 years and I will continue to be one due to the best customer service I have ever received. A few weeks ago my battery died. I called the Lexus dealership and let Dudley know I was on my way to get that fixed. Dudley immediately had my car worked on and replaced a part that was on recall. During my wait there (1 hour tops) he checked on me to see if I was comfortable and asked if I needed anything to drink. For the first time I felt like I was part of the Lexus family and not a random customer. Because of this type of customer service I will continue to be a Lexus customer for life.
