  • Horrible company. They were sent yo us since we bought our unit from Home Depot. Every time they came out for our service, they would tell us we needed more things and tell us if we did not purchasebit wouldvoid our warrenty. I called Reahm and they said total lie, it is an addition if you want but certainly not needed. Today i had an appiontment for a service call, i waited at home and nothing. I called and was told they had an emergancy and had to send the tech elsewhere. Nobody bothered to contact me, so i have wasted my day off for nothing. Thiscompany has no customer service, and are terrible. STAY AWAY
