  • A joke. Price is great, yes. But spend a few extra bucks and get a reputable and safe car. When we grabbed our car, it had a side airbag enclosure hanging down. We immediately returned to exchange it, and they told us "it's fine. Just pop it back in. Not a big deal". Despite their professional advice, we exchanged it for another car. Several nicks in it. And stains on the seats. Reported them and kept the car. Last day of the trip, we noticed a previously patched tire was now leaking. We took it to a Firestone at Roadside Service's guidance, and Firestone said all 4 needed changed because of several nails and chunks out of the other tires. Insanely unsafe. Poor service. Clearly guys who don't care about the safety of the vehicle and have a very laced attitude toward their work. Poor company. Poor service. Don't use them.
