  • Don't order to go food from their to go menu online. Sounds ridiculous but it is true. The to go menu prices on their website are wrong and my ticket was $15 higher than planned. $15? Not a big deal to some however it is still misleading and false advertising. The "manager" even expressed that their web designer is the reason the to go menu is wrong but that I should have ordered from the dine in menu. Let me cuss for a second. WHY the eff would I order off the dine in menu when I called in a to go order? The to go menu is still active and yes the prices are still less than the dine in menu. This is just bad management and the most insulting customer service. They stay fully packed and are busy and have unique food but they lost a hospital worker and this hospital workers' coworkers orders from now on.
