If I could give 0 stars for customer service, i would. I am a frequent customer. Used CSN discount multiple times. Your new staff denied. Then, she rings me up, takes my money, and when asked if I could get my reward, she said "I already ringed you up. Next time you need to tell me before you order" *pointing to the sign* What type of service is this?!?!? Then she gets annoyed, trying to tell me to read the sign as if its my fault for not bringing up the rewards in advance. I will no longer be getting my Winter Melon Dew at Chatime. After walking away, you have lost me as a customer.
