  • They didn't understand why I didn't want to give my cc info for my "free" trial. They punish MEMBERS who don't give 12 hours notice if they can't show to a class.. I have 4 kids... I won't know 12 hours ahead if I can't make it, they don't let you in the class if you're late( 10 min late!) and for the amount they're asking for monthly fees they should have towels!!!!! Good work out, not worth the punishment for things out of my control. Will never join.. STRENGTH CENTER is way better. Try there instead. To top it off... They have called NON stop. I have asked them to stop calling, I have told them exactly what I thought and STILL they are calling. If they are doing so well then why bother me!!!! I'm so turned off by a needy, over priced gym whose staff doesn't respect or listen to a person with concerns.
