  • This place was recommended for my needs. I had an appointment with Jamie on 2/26 and was so excited to move forward to get the job done. He told me he would send me an email after he got the quote from the 'estimator'. I failed to ask how long that would take. So I called in on the 7th day 3/5 and asked Connie who answered the phone how long does it take to get estimate once we have someone come out she said about 24hrs! I told her it's been 7 das she said she would call Jamie and I would get it that afternoon & she would follow up with a call to ensure I got it-no email no call-I called back 3/6, spoke to Connie and she said"you didn't get the email?" I said no & you never called back either. She said I'll make sure he gets that to you today-I said never mind I don't want to do business with your company!! I only gave a one star rating so I could do a post-they are NOT deserving of the star! I hope Mr Ray sees this!!
