  • Very poor customer service and practices. I called prior to stopping by in hopes of placing a balloon order over the phone. The man who answered was very short and advised me that instead of placing an order over the phone, I had to email my order along with a photocopy of my drivers license and front and back of my credit card - heck no! Any company with a bit of integrity would caution against this. When I told him I wasn't comfortable doing this, he laughed and said, "Hun...then you can actually come in" in a quite condescending tone. Such a turn off before even stepping foot in the door. Will never buy any party items here.
