So, this will be my final update on my experience with Bliss Entertainment - assuming they'll never respond to any of my e-mails texts and phone calls, which wouldn't surprise me at this point. I sent a number of emails - no response. I sent texts - no response. Phone calls? Don't count on it. Both phone numbers have an automated message saying that both mailboxes are full. I'm not even sure how a business can even operate like this.
I have demanded a refund of a portion of what I paid since Bliss could not keep their word and have breached their contract. Given their track record for responding, the only way I could probably get their attention at this point is through legal action. This could have been avoidable so my advice to all of you looking for services with Bliss, please start looking elsewhere. Ryan tried to patch things up with me & said he sent over the pictures he promised but that was a long time ago and I still haven't received anything. He said he wanted to work things out to fix these reviews, but never followed up after that. Absolutely horrible.
