  • I've called this company based on the great reviews on the internet, they gave me 4 hours windows, and somebody was waiting at the house for over 4 hours, the tech finally showed up, and he was not interested to repair at all and suggested to replace the door and another part for over $1100, actually all I need was a repair job, I communicated the problem with their customer service and they still charge me the service call, just be careful with this company.
