  • I went in with high expectations that the first salesgirl shattered. I honestly hope she was fired and swiftly. I won't bring up herbname for the sake of being petty. All that said- Mr. Roark Jones stepped in and made it the best shopping trip in my entire life. He showed what true customer service should be. In any store. I have also dealt a bit with Manager Hilary who has been wonderful. So, lesson of the story, if you want a 5-star experience go to this location and ask to work with either Roark or Hilary. Don't waste your time with anywhere (there are like a half dozen Tiffany's just in Vegas) or anyone else.
